TERMS OF USE FOR THE MAN OF THE MATCH SITE

Welcome to Man of the Match, an online play-to-earn game that allows users to engage with their professional football clubs and build connections with the global sports community. These Terms of Use for the Man of the Match Site (“Terms“) govern your use of the Man of the Match website and App (collectively referred to as “MOTM” or “Site“).
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies, rules, or guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.
2. OWNERSHIP AND USE OF MOTM
MOTM is owned and operated by Man of the Match (“we,” “us,” or “our“). MOTM is a virtual competitive football game that utilizes a proprietary technology platform, an App, and a Domain named www.motm-game.com, and which can also be played on different video game consoles, enabling games and spectators to experience competitions in single-player formats.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
To use MOTM, you must register for an account by providing your name, email address, and other required information. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use MOTM. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4. USE OF MOTM
MOTM is provided for personal use only. You may not use MOTM for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or promoting any product or service. You agree to use MOTM only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, as well as any other policies, rules, or guidelines posted on the Site.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
MOTM, including all content and intellectual property rights therein, are owned by Man of the Match and/or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any MOTM content without our prior written consent.
6. USER CONTENT
You may submit content to MOTM, including but not limited to comments, messages, and other materials. By submitting content to MOTM, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that the content is not confidential, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. You grant Man of the Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with MOTM.
7. ACCOUNT DELETION
You may terminate these Terms at any time by requesting the deletion of your User account and discontinuing your use of the Site. The deletion of your account will result in the irreversible deletion of all User data associated with the account.
We may, upon notice to you, terminate your User account at any time if you are in breach of these Terms, or any applicable additional terms and conditions, regulations, and/or policies. Where your User account is terminated, Man of the Match will provide the reasons for the termination.
We may suspend your User account prior to sending the communication if we need to take immediate action. We will not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or in connection with your use of MOTM, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of MOTM shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Man of the Match and govern your use of MOTM, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will always be posted on the Site. By continuing to access or use the Site after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
We may assign or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
